Circulatory disorders are precisely all made as teas using primarily dried herbs such as cinnamon, ginger, and anything hot and spicy. Herbs such as these are not common use for many illnesses but work well to treat poor circulation. To add to that, exercise and diet contribute tremendously to health. Headaches can consist of tension, sinus, or migraines. Many people suffer under headaches no matter the amount of medicine or water intake. Through the use of making either a tea, tincture, or inhalation, remedies such as dried herbs and oils help reduce head pain. Unlike medicine, herbal treatment can create longer lasting effects with the least possible side effects. Today, many medicine for various illnesses create headaches as a side effect. The issue of extreme side effects is non-existent with herbal medicine when using properly.

There are different typed of headaches such as migraines, tension, sinus, stress, etc. Here is a small list of oils to used for these kind of headaches:

  1. Peppermint oil–  Peppermint is the most common oil used to relieve tension headaches and migraines. This oil relaxes the muscles by allowing blood flow to head and eases pain. To apply mix with a natural oil and rub across your forehead.
  2. Eucalyptus oil- When suffering from a sinus, eucalyptus is your best friend. This oil opens up nasal airways and eliminates pressure to the head. Apply either by breathing or rubbing a few drops behind your neck.
  3. Rosemary and Chamomile- Under a lot of stress? If so, cure your headaches with one of these oils. They reduce emotional triggers and feelings of anxiety. To apply, mix with a natural oil and rub on the back of your neck or drink in a tea.
